With over 30 years of experience as a leader, coach, entertainer, musician, speaker, and presenter in Australia and North America, Tim Foot has a diverse background in church, nonprofit and for-profit environments.

He currently serves as CEO and President of Slingshot Group, where he and his team have staffed and coached well over a thousand churches, organizations and leaders. For Tim, this work provides a perfect combination of strategic leadership and relational connection, allowing him to invest in teams in tandem with serving leaders.

He has an affinity for cultural sensitivity in ministry and a passion for helping organizations and leaders find their unique style and language that best engages them with God and His story.

Tim believes the best investment you’ll ever make is in your people. His passion areas include;

  • Coaching leaders

  • Working with teams to promote health, strategic planning, and alignment

  • Building remarkable teams (through staffing and coaching)

  • Speaking and teaching

Born and raised in Tasmania, Australia, Tim began his working life in entertainment and television. He spent the 90’s honing his craft as an entertainer and songwriter in Sydney. During that time, he was also working as the Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at Northside Community Church.

He and his wife Mandy moved to the Denver area in Colorado in 2002 when he joined the team at LifeBridge Christian Church in Colorado in 2002, serving as Worship Pastor on their Senior Leadership Team. He also became an on air host on PAX TV’s Worship Network. 

Tim began his work with Slingshot Group in early 2011. It was the perfect combination of strategic leadership and relational connection allowing him to invest in churches and organizations together with serving leaders. Given his love for the local church, Tim remains on the team at LifeBridge, teaching, coaching, and occasionally leading worship.
